Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Pineapple
  • 1 scoop Collagen Peptides
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly Grated Ginger
  • 1/2 Lime (Juiced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • Optional: A pinch of Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. Place the frozen mango chunks and fresh pineapple into the blender.
  2. Add the unsweetened coconut milk and coconut water.
  3. Add the collagen peptides, ground turmeric, grated ginger, and juice of half a lime.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 45 to 60 seconds.
  5. Adjust consistency with extra coconut water or ice cubes if desired.
  6. Taste and garnish with lime zest or mint.

Notes

Always use at least one frozen component for optimal thickness. Use the core of fresh pineapple for added nutrition. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
