- Place the frozen mango chunks and fresh pineapple into the blender.
- Add the unsweetened coconut milk and coconut water.
- Add the collagen peptides, ground turmeric, grated ginger, and juice of half a lime.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, about 45 to 60 seconds.
- Adjust consistency with extra coconut water or ice cubes if desired.
- Taste and garnish with lime zest or mint.
Notes
