- Drop in the frozen mango chunks and start the blender on the lowest setting, quickly ramping up to maximum speed.
- Blend for 45 to 60 seconds, using the tamper to circulate the ingredients.
- Check the consistency and add more coconut water if needed, then pulse briefly.
- Pour the Glowing Skin Smoothie into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
Notes
Freeze your fruit yourself if possible. Add ice cubes made of coconut water to maintain chill without dilution. Drink within fifteen minutes of blending for maximum benefits.
