- Pour the almond milk into the blender.
- Add the pitted Medjool dates and hemp seeds.
- Spoon in the raw cacao powder and collagen peptides.
- Add the frozen banana chunks and frozen cauliflower rice.
- Blend on low to break up large frozen chunks.
- Gradually increase to high speed and blend for 45-60 seconds until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed with another date or add more milk.
- Serve immediately in a chilled glass and top with extra hemp seeds or cacao nibs.
Notes
Ensure ingredients are frozen for the best texture. Soak hard dates in warm water for 10 minutes before blending.
