Ingredients

  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • 1 cup Cold Water
  • 1-2 tablespoons Grass-Fed Gelatin Powder
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Fruit Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Natural Sweetener (optional)
  • 1 cup Fresh Fruit, diced
  • Pinch of Sea Salt

Method

  1. In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil. Remove from heat.
  2. In a separate heatproof bowl, sprinkle the grass-fed gelatin powder over the 1 cup of cold water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the hot water into the bloomed gelatin mixture. Whisk continuously until dissolved.
  4. Stir in the fresh fruit juice, natural sweetener (if using), and a pinch of sea salt.
  5. Gently fold in your diced fresh fruit. If using a clear gelatin, pour a thin layer into the mold, chill, then arrange the fruit and pour remaining gelatin over it.
  6. Carefully pour the gelatin mixture into molds or a serving dish.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or overnight, until firm.
  8. Once set, gently unmold and serve.

Notes

Use organic fruits and grass-fed gelatin for the best flavor and health benefits. Ensure the gelatin blooms properly to avoid clumps. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.
