  • 1 cup organic frozen berries (blueberries or raspberries)
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk

  • A handful of fresh organic baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon raw almond butter or cashew butter
  • A pinch of Ceylon cinnamo

Method

  1. Pour the almond milk into the blender canister.
  2. Add the fresh baby spinach and chia seeds into the milk and blend for five seconds.
  3. Add the scoop of whey protein powder and drop it onto the liquid surface.
  4. Toss in the frozen berries and almond butter.
  5. Start the blender on low speed and gradually increase to high, blending for about 45 to 60 seconds.
  6. Pour the mixture into your glass and garnish with extra chia seeds or a dash of cinnamon.

Notes

Use frozen fruit instead of ice cubes for a richer flavor. If your blender struggles, add liquid in small increments. Taste before serving, and adjust sweetness with a Medjool date if desired.
