- Blend until smooth: Gradually increase the speed to high, processing for about 45 to 60 seconds.
- Adjust consistency: If too thick, add more almond milk; if too thin, add extra frozen berries or ice cubes.
- Serve and enjoy: Pour into a glass and garnish with fresh berries or hemp hearts.
Notes
It's best to use frozen fruit rather than fresh fruit with ice for a creamier texture. Soaking chia seeds in almond milk for 10 minutes can improve the mouthfeel.
