Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 scoop grass-fed vanilla collagen peptides (approx. 20g)
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon raw almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla bean paste
  • Pinch of Himalayan pink salt

Method
 

  1. Pour the unsweetened almond milk into the blender canister first.
  2. Incorporate the almond butter and chia seeds.
  3. Add the scoop of vanilla collagen peptides and the vanilla bean paste, pulsing for 5 seconds.
  4. Add the frozen wild blueberries and raspberries.
  5. Start the blender on low and increase to the highest speed for 45 to 60 seconds.
  6. Check the consistency and add almond milk if too thick, then pulse again.
  7. Serve immediately in a chilled glass.
