Method
- Prepare your fruit by washing and cutting them into bite-sized pieces. Arrange them at the bottom of your serving dish.
- Bloom the gelatin in a large mixing bowl by sprinkling it over 1 cup of cold water and letting it sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Dissolve the bloomed gelatin by pouring 2 cups of boiling water over it and whisking until completely dissolved.
- Mix in 1 cup of natural fruit juice and any optional sweeteners to taste.
- Pour the gelatin mixture over the prepared fruit without stirring too much to keep the fruit intact.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours or overnight until fully set.
- Once set, garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
Notes
Ensure to avoid using fruits like pineapple or papaya that can prevent gelatin from setting. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.
