  • 1 can (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk or rich coconut cream
  • Boiling water (divided for each layer)
  • Cold water
  • Neutral cooking spray or coconut oil
  • Fresh berries or mint leaves for garnish

Method

  1. Grease the chosen dish lightly and wipe away excess oil.
  2. Dissolve the first package of flavored gelatin in one cup of boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add half a cup of cold water and stir again.
  3. Pour the colored mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and chill in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes until set but tacky.
  4. Prepare the creamy base by blooming unflavored gelatin in half a cup of cold water and then mixing in boiling water and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

  6. Repeat the steps with the next colored gelatin and creamy layers until all ingredients are used.
  7. Chill the entire dessert for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
  8. Cut slices with a warm knife for clean edges.
