Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Cups Frozen Organic Strawberries
  • 1 Scoop Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt (or Coconut Yogurt)
  • 1 Tablespoon Hemp Hearts
  • 1 Teaspoon Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste

Method
 

  1. Pour the almond milk and maple syrup into the blender first.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt to the liquid.
  3. Add the collagen peptides and hemp hearts next.
  4. Finally, add the frozen strawberries.
  5. Blend on low speed and gradually increase to high for 45-60 seconds.
  6. Check the consistency and add more almond milk if needed.
  7. Pour into a glass and garnish if desired.

Notes

Use frozen strawberries instead of fresh ones to maintain flavor. Adjust sweetness to taste.
