Method
- Wash strawberries under cold water and hull them.
- Pour coconut milk and filtered water into the blender.
- Add collagen peptides and vanilla bean paste. Squeeze lime juice into the mixture.
- Add strawberries to the blender. Optionally add ice cubes.
- Blend on low to high for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, then pulse again.
- Pour into a chilled glass and garnish as desired.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, reduce water by half and add chia seeds before blending. Store in an airtight jar for up to 24 hours; shake to restore texture.
