  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 3-5 Drops Liquid Monk Fruit or Stevia
  • 1 Teaspoon Graham Cracker Crumbs (Optional)

Method
 

  1. Pour the unsweetened almond milk and Greek yogurt into the blender container first.
  2. Incorporate the softened cream cheese and vanilla bean paste.
  3. Add one scoop of hydrolyzed collagen and let it sit for ten seconds.
  4. Add the frozen strawberries on top.
  5. Start the blender on the lowest speed, gradually increase to medium speed.
  6. Ramp up to maximum power for exactly 45 seconds.
  7. Check the consistency and adjust with almond milk or more frozen strawberries as needed.
  8. Pour into a chilled glass and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
