Ingredients

Equipment

  • teapot or kettle
  • measuring spoons
  • measuring cup
  • glass
  • stirring spoon

Method

  1. Brew the chai tea and let it cool to room temperature, or chill it in the refrigerator for faster cooling.
  2. In a glass, add the pumpkin spice sauce or syrup, vanilla syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Pour in the cooled chai tea and stir well to combine.
  4. Add the milk and stir again until the drink is evenly mixed.
  5. Fill the glass with ice.
  6. Top with whipped cream if desired, then finish with a light sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.

Notes

Use strongly brewed chai tea so the flavor does not get diluted by the ice and milk. Oat milk works especially well for a creamier dairy-free version. Adjust the pumpkin spice syrup and vanilla syrup to taste.
