Ingredients
  

  • 4 packages (85g each) of colored gelatin powder
  • 4 envelopes (approx. 28g total) of unflavored gelati
  • 1 can (400g) of sweetened condensed milk
  • Boiling water (precise volume as needed)
  • Cold water (for blooming)
  • Neutral oil (for mold coating)

Method
 

  1. Dissolve each flavored gelatin package in 1 cup of boiling water and pour into separate shallow pans. Refrigerate until firm.
  2. Dice the set colored gelatin into cubes and keep refrigerated.
  3. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup of cold water and let it bloom for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Add 1.5 cups of boiling water to the bloomed gelatin, stir until dissolved, and mix in the sweetened condensed milk.
  5. Cool the milk mixture to room temperature before assembly.
  6. Oil the mold lightly and arrange the colored cubes in it. Pour the cooled milk mixture over the cubes.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours before unmolding.

Notes

Ensure all ingredients are high quality for the best bloom strength. Use a thermometer to check the milk mixture temperature. Do not freeze the cake.
