Ingredients
  

  • 2 tightly packed cups organic baby spinach, triple-washed, pesticide-free
  • 1 standard scoop (10-12g) bovine or marine collagen, unflavored, hydrolyzed peptides
  • 1 medium Granny Smith green apple, cored
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, peeled and finely grated
  • 1/2 medium lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 1.5 cups filtered water or coconut water, electrolyte-rich liquid base
  • 1 teaspoon MCT oil (optional), for cognitive lipid support

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Base: Place the filtered water and freshly squeezed lemon juice into the blender carafe.
  2. Add the Aromatics: Incorporate the grated ginger and the cored green apple. You may leave the apple skin on.
  3. Layer the Greens: Pack the baby spinach on top of the fruit.
  4. Incorporate the Collagen: Add the hydrolyzed collagen peptides last.
  5. Execute the Blend: Start on the lowest setting and gradually increase to maximum speed. Blend for 45 to 60 seconds until homogenous.

Notes

To enhance texture, add ice cubes to reduce heat from blending. Best consumed fresh; store in an airtight glass jar for up to 24 hours.
