  • Coconut Water (1/2 cup)
  • Sea Salt or Himalayan Pink Salt (1 pinch)
  • Cream of Tartar (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Optional Coconut Milk (splash)

Method
 

  1. Slice your fresh orange in half and juice it thoroughly.
  2. Add the pinch of sea salt and the cream of tartar to the orange juice. Use a whisk or frother to blend until the powder completely disappears.
