Method
- Rinse fresh raspberries under cold water. If using frozen, no need to thaw.
- Pour chilled coconut water and lime juice into the blender.
- Add collagen peptides to the blender.
- Add raspberries and optional sweetener. Add ice cubes if desired.
- Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
- Add fresh mint leaves and pulse two or three times to incorporate.
Notes
This drink is best enjoyed immediately after preparation. It can be stored for up to 12 hours in the refrigerator, but shake well before consuming.
