Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1 overripe banana, froze
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • a pinch of Himalayan salt

Method
 

  1. Pour the almond milk into the blender first.
  2. Add the frozen wild blueberries, blackberries, and frozen banana chunks.
  3. Incorporate the collagen peptides, ground flaxseeds, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Blend on low speed then gradually increase to high for about 45 to 60 seconds.
  5. Check the consistency and adjust with more milk or berries if needed.
  6. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
