- Pour the almond milk into the blender first.
- Add the frozen wild blueberries, blackberries, and frozen banana chunks.
- Incorporate the collagen peptides, ground flaxseeds, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend on low speed then gradually increase to high for about 45 to 60 seconds.
- Check the consistency and adjust with more milk or berries if needed.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
Notes
It's best enjoyed fresh. You can store leftovers in a silicone muffin tin and freeze them as smoothie pucks.
