Method
- Measure 250 ml of cold-pressed pomegranate juice and pour it into your blending vessel.
- Micro-plane the ginger directly into the juice. Add the 15 ml of fresh lime juice.
- Slowly add the 15g of collagen peptides. Pulse on low speed for 10 seconds or stir in a circular motion with a hand frother.
- Taste the mixture. Add 1-2 drops of liquid monk fruit if necessary.
- Pour the concentrated mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top with 100 ml of sparkling mineral water without stirring vigorously.
- Optional: Pass through a fine-mesh strainer for a smooth texture.
Notes
Consume immediately for best freshness; consider the timing of consumption for maximum effect. Store any prepared base in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
