- Bloom the Gelatin: Pour 1 cup cold water into a medium bowl. Sprinkle two envelopes of gelatin powder evenly and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
- Prepare the Fruit Base: Heat 1 cup boiling water in a small saucepan until hot.
- Dissolve the Gelatin: Pour hot water over bloomed gelatin and whisk continuously for 2-3 minutes until fully dissolved and clear.
- Combine Flavors: Add fruit puree and natural sweetener. Whisk until well combined. Adjust sweetness.
- Pour and Chill: Carefully pour the mixture into your chosen serving dish or molds.
- Refrigerate Until Firm: Chill undisturbed for at least 4-6 hours or preferably overnight until completely firm.
Notes
Ensure proper blooming of the gelatin to prevent clumping. Adjust sweetness to taste. Store in an airtight container for up to 3-5 days.
