Method
- Pour the plant-based milk into the blender.
- Add collagen peptides, vanilla extract, and chia or flax seeds.
- Add 1.5 cups of frozen berries, slicing any large strawberries in half.
- Add frozen banana or avocado on top.
- Start blending on low speed, then increase to high for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and garnish with fresh berries or hemp seeds.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, consider adding more frozen berries or a splash more plant milk if too thick. Substitute with vegan collagen if desired.
