  • Half an English cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 12 ounces filtered water or coconut water

Method
 

  1. Wash the fresh mint leaves and cucumber.
  2. Place the cucumber slices, mint leaves, and lime juice into your blender.
  3. Add one scoop of collagen peptides to the blender.
  4. Pour in 12 ounces of chilled filtered water or coconut water and any sweetener if desired.
  5. Blend on high for 30 seconds, ensuring the mint is finely ground.
