Method
- Pour plant-based milk into the blender.
- Add frozen banana and fresh spinach.
- Sift matcha powder into the blender and add collagen peptides, hemp seeds, and vanilla extract.
- Drizzle maple syrup in and add a pinch of sea salt.
- Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth.
- Adjust consistency with more milk or frozen banana as desired.
- Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with hemp seeds or matcha powder.
Notes
Use ceremonial grade matcha for better flavor. Freeze bananas when they are spotted for maximum sweetness. Avoid freezing the finished smoothie.
