Method

- Thermal Management: Stir in cold water or pineapple juice, refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Monitor the Viscosity: Wait until the mixture is syrupy.
- Fold in the Solids: Gently mix in pineapple, cottage cheese, and walnuts.
- The Final Cast: Pour into mold, tap to remove air bubbles.
- The Set Phase: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Unmolding: Dip mold in warm water, invert onto serving platter.
Notes
