- Heat your filtered water to 85°C (185°F).
- Place the bruised lemon verbena leaves and ginger into a heat-proof glass vessel.
- Pour the heated water over the herbs and cover immediately to steep for exactly 7 minutes.
- Strain the infusion into a clean carafe and discard the solids.
- While the liquid is still warm, slowly sift in the Lemon Verbena Collagen powder and use a frother to mix.
- Add your chosen sweetener while the infusion is still warm enough to dissolve it.
- Serve immediately in a double-walled glass or chill over ice.
