Method
- Wash the kale thoroughly under cold water and strip the leaves from the stems. Save the stems for later use.
- Place the coconut water into the blender first, then add the lemon juice and peeled ginger.
- Add the kale leaves, frozen pineapple, and hemp seeds to the blender.
- Sprinkle the collagen peptides on top of the other ingredients.
- Start the blender on low speed and gradually increase to high. Blend for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired before serving.
Notes
For maximum freshness, consume immediately after blending. If storing, use an airtight glass jar and shake well before drinking. Avoid reheating to preserve nutrients.
