- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil until shimmering.
- Place asparagus in a single layer in the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the garlic honey mixture over the asparagus, reduce heat, and toss constantly for 1-2 minutes until coated.
- Season with sea salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes, then serve with a squeeze of lemon juice.
Notes
