Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Cranberry Juice (100% unsweetened)
  • 2 cups Apple Cider (freshly pressed)
  • 1 cup Orange Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate Juice (100% unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup (pure, Grade A)
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger (sliced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Whole Cloves
  • 1 Orange (sliced, for garnish)
  • 1 cup Fresh Cranberries (for garnish)
  • 4 cups Sparkling Water or Ginger Ale (chilled)
  • Optional: Fresh Rosemary Sprigs (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Combine cranberry juice, apple cider, orange juice, pomegranate juice, and maple syrup in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add cinnamon sticks, sliced fresh ginger, and whole cloves.
  3. Gently heat the mixture over medium-low heat to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large punch bowl or pitcher and discard the spices.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Just before serving, slice the orange and prepare fresh cranberries and rosemary sprigs.
  7. Stir in chilled sparkling water or ginger ale into the punch base.
  8. Garnish with orange slices, cranberries, and rosemary sprigs. Serve over ice.
