Method
- Bring 1.5 cups of water to a rolling boil in a saucepan.
- Pour the boiling water into a large, heat-proof bowl.
- Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin powder over the hot water while continuously whisking for 2-3 minutes until fully dissolved.
- Add 1.5 cups of cold water to the mixture, whisking to combine.
- Once cooled slightly, gradually whisk in the unflavored protein powder until smooth.
- Stir in the sugar-free fruit syrup or fruit puree and adjust sweetness with stevia or erythritol as desired.
- Pour the mixture into molds or serving dishes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
