Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1.5 cups boiling water
  • 1.5 cups cold water
  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder
  • ½ cup sugar-free fruit syrup or fruit puree
  • Optional: Stevia or erythritol to taste

Method
 

  1. Bring 1.5 cups of water to a rolling boil in a saucepan.
  2. Pour the boiling water into a large, heat-proof bowl.
  3. Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin powder over the hot water while continuously whisking for 2-3 minutes until fully dissolved.
  4. Add 1.5 cups of cold water to the mixture, whisking to combine.
  5. Once cooled slightly, gradually whisk in the unflavored protein powder until smooth.
  6. Stir in the sugar-free fruit syrup or fruit puree and adjust sweetness with stevia or erythritol as desired.
  7. Pour the mixture into molds or serving dishes.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
