Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the vegan butter and cane sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the flax eggs and vanilla extract until smooth and cohesive.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and sea salt, then fold into the wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the dough into three equal portions: one plain, one mixed with strawberry powder, and one with cocoa powder.
- Press the chocolate dough into the bottom of the pan, followed by the vanilla and then the strawberry layers.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden and center is soft.
- Let cool completely in the pan before slicing.
