Method
- Wash the oranges and zest one. Juice the oranges to get about 2 cups of juice and strain it through a sieve.
- Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water in a saucepan and let it bloom for 5-10 minutes.
- Heat the bloomed gelatin on low, stirring until dissolved. Do not boil.
- Add the remaining water, orange juice, lemon juice, and sweetener to the dissolved gelatin and stir until sweetener dissolves.
- Stir in orange zest.
- Pour the mixture into molds and chill in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours until set.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
Ensure ripe oranges for the best flavor. Chill overnight for optimal texture.
