Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Without separating the rolls, slice the Hawaiian sweet rolls horizontally to create a top and bottom layer. Place the bottom layer in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Layer the slices of ham evenly over the bottom layer of rolls, followed by the slices of Swiss cheese.
- Place the top layer of rolls over the ham and cheese to form sliders.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, poppy seeds, salt, and black pepper.
- Evenly brush the butter mixture over the tops of the sliders, making sure to cover each roll completely.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the tops of the rolls are golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Remove the sliders from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Use a sharp knife to cut them into individual sliders.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add a layer of mayonnaise or honey mustard to the rolls before adding the ham and cheese.
