- Wash the spinach and mint thoroughly.
- Roughly chop the cucumber and scoop out the avocado flesh.
- Pour nut milk or coconut water into the blender first.
- Toss in the hemp seeds, ginger, and collagen powder.
- Add the fresh lime juice.
- Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth.
- Taste and adjust by adding ice if desired.
Notes
For optimal flavor, use a high-powered blender. Adjust thickness by adding more liquid if necessary.
