  • 1 Scoop Collagen Peptides
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach
  • 1/2 Small Avocado
  • 1/2 English Cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Nut Milk
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime

Method
 

  1. Wash the spinach and mint thoroughly.
  2. Roughly chop the cucumber and scoop out the avocado flesh.
  3. Pour nut milk or coconut water into the blender first.
  4. Toss in the hemp seeds, ginger, and collagen powder.
  5. Add the fresh lime juice.
  6. Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth.
  7. Taste and adjust by adding ice if desired.

Notes

For optimal flavor, use a high-powered blender. Adjust thickness by adding more liquid if necessary.
