Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop Collagen Peptides
  • 1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Flaxseeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Grated Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup (Optional)
  • a pinch of Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. Pour the unsweetened almond milk into your blender carafe first.
  2. Add the frozen mango chunks and raspberries.
  3. Incorporate the collagen peptides, ground flaxseeds, turmeric, black pepper, and freshly grated ginger.
  4. Blend on low speed to break up the large mango pieces, then gradually increase to high speed and blend for 45 to 60 seconds.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness with maple syrup if desired.
  6. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish as desired.

Notes

Always use frozen fruit for thickness. Use a high-speed blender for the best texture. Consider adding almond butter or avocado for creaminess.
