Method
- Bloom the Gelatin: Pour 1/2 cup of cold water or tea into a bowl and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Heat the Remaining Liquid: Heat 1.5 cups of water or tea until hot but not boiling. Add any flavor enhancers to infuse.
- Dissolve the Gelatin: Pour the hot liquid over the bloomed gelatin. Whisk continuously for 2-3 minutes until dissolved.
- Add Optional Enhancers: Stir in any additional flavor enhancers.
- Pour and Chill: Transfer the mixture into airtight containers or molds.
- Refrigerate: Chill for at least 3-4 hours until set.
- Serve and Enjoy: Enjoy directly or unmold onto a plate.
Notes
Ensure to bloom the gelatin properly to avoid clumps. Store in airtight containers and consume within 3-5 days.
