Ingredients

  • Grass-Fed Beef Gelati
  • Organic Berries (strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)
  • Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
  • Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Filtered Water

Method

  1. Prepare the Fruit Base: Place your chosen berries and a splash of water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer gently for about five minutes until the berries break down and release their vibrant juices.
  2. Strain the Liquid: Press the fruit mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a clean glass bowl. Discard the solids and keep the clear, colorful juice.
  3. Bloom the Gelatin: Pour the cooled fruit juice back into the saucepan off the heat and sprinkle the gelatin powder over the surface. Let it sit for three to five minutes.
  4. Gently Heat: Turn the stove to low heat and whisk the mixture constantly until the gelatin dissolves.
  5. Sweeten and Brighten: Stir in your raw honey and lemon juice once the mixture is smooth and liquid.
  6. Fill the Molds: Carefully pour the liquid into your silicone molds using a measuring cup.
  7. Set the Gummies: Place the molds in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Once they feel firm to the touch, gently peel them away from the silicone.

Notes

Always store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. These gummies will stay fresh for up to two weeks.
