Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Pure Fruit Juice (100% juice, no added sugars)
  • 3 tablespoons Unflavored Gelatin Powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons Natural Sweetener (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (optional)
  • Pinch of Salt (optional)

Method
 

  1. Prepare your molds by lightly greasing them or lining with parchment paper.
  2. Pour 1/2 cup of fruit juice into a small saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin powder over it. Let it bloom for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Gently heat the mixture over low heat, whisking until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining 1/2 cup of fruit juice, sweetener, lemon juice, and salt. Adjust taste as desired.
  5. Pour the mixture into your prepared molds.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours until completely set.
  7. Once set, gently demold the gummies or cut them into squares if using a baking dish.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1-2 weeks. Avoid freezing as it can alter texture.
