Method
- Prepare your molds by lightly greasing them or lining with parchment paper.
- Pour 1/2 cup of fruit juice into a small saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin powder over it. Let it bloom for 5-10 minutes.
- Gently heat the mixture over low heat, whisking until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in the remaining 1/2 cup of fruit juice, sweetener, lemon juice, and salt. Adjust taste as desired.
- Pour the mixture into your prepared molds.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours until completely set.
- Once set, gently demold the gummies or cut them into squares if using a baking dish.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1-2 weeks. Avoid freezing as it can alter texture.
