Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 4 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries or pomegranate arils
  • Sprigs of fresh rosemary or mint

Method
 

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, lime juice, and maple syrup. Stir until sweetener dissolves.
  2. Cover and refrigerate the punch base for 1-2 hours.
  3. Thinly slice the orange and lime, and wash the fresh cranberries and raspberries.
  4. Before serving, remove the base from the refrigerator and add chilled sparkling water. Stir gently.
  5. Add the fresh cranberries, orange slices, lime slices, and raspberries to the punch bowl. Add rosemary or mint sprigs.
  6. Serve immediately over ice.

Notes

Pre-chill all ingredients to enhance refreshment. Adjust sweetness to taste, and add sparkling water right before serving for maximum fizz.
