Method
- In a large punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, lime juice, and maple syrup. Stir until sweetener dissolves.
- Cover and refrigerate the punch base for 1-2 hours.
- Thinly slice the orange and lime, and wash the fresh cranberries and raspberries.
- Before serving, remove the base from the refrigerator and add chilled sparkling water. Stir gently.
- Add the fresh cranberries, orange slices, lime slices, and raspberries to the punch bowl. Add rosemary or mint sprigs.
- Serve immediately over ice.
Notes
Pre-chill all ingredients to enhance refreshment. Adjust sweetness to taste, and add sparkling water right before serving for maximum fizz.
