- Remove from heat and whisk in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and pour the mixture into ramekins or molds.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours until set.
- Serve with garnishes like coconut whipped cream or chocolate shavings if desired.
Notes
Ensure to use freshly brewed coffee for the best flavor. Feel free to use agar-agar for a vegan version.
