Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small baking dish, evenly spread the diced mozzarella cheese.
  3. Top the cheese with the halved cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove the dish from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped basil over the dip and drizzle with balsamic glaze for added flavor.
  7. Serve warm with sliced baguette or crackers for dipping.

Notes

For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes before baking. You can also substitute the baguette with gluten-free crackers if needed.
