- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if desired.
- In a bowl, toss the cooked chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Place the flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil if desired.
- Spread a thin layer of ranch or blue cheese dressing over each flatbread.
- Top evenly with the buffalo chicken, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are crisp.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 1 to 2 minutes. Top with green onions and parsley, if using.
- Slice and serve warm with extra dressing on the side.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken or leftover cooked chicken to make this recipe even faster. You can adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to taste and swap mozzarella for Monterey Jack if desired.
