Method
- Gently rinse the strawberries and pat them dry. Remove the green stem and hollow out a small portion of the interior.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract. Beat until light and fluffy.
- Transfer the cream mixture into a piping bag and fill each strawberry, creating a peak.
- Add your chosen garnish over the top of the filled strawberries.
- Chill the strawberries in the refrigerator for at least thirty minutes before serving.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for best texture. Avoid overripe berries for easier handling.
