Method
 

  1. Gently rinse the strawberries and pat them dry. Remove the green stem and hollow out a small portion of the interior.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract. Beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Transfer the cream mixture into a piping bag and fill each strawberry, creating a peak.
  4. Add your chosen garnish over the top of the filled strawberries.
  5. Chill the strawberries in the refrigerator for at least thirty minutes before serving.
