- Pour almond milk and coconut milk into the blender jar.
- Add the curcuma powder (or grated root), fresh ginger, and black pepper.
- Scoop collagen peptides into the center of the liquid.
- Place frozen mango or pineapple on top.
- Pulse the blender five times on medium setting.
- Ramp up to the highest speed for 45 seconds.
- Drizzle in MCT oil while the blender is on its lowest setting.
- Check the consistency; it should be vibrant orange and smooth.
