Ingredients
  

  • 20g Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated Curcuma Longa or 1 tsp high-curcumin powder
  • 100ml Full-Fat Coconut Milk
  • 200ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1cm Ginger Root
  • 50g Frozen Mango or Pineapple
  • 1 tsp MCT Oil

Method
 

  1. Pour almond milk and coconut milk into the blender jar.
  2. Add the curcuma powder (or grated root), fresh ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Scoop collagen peptides into the center of the liquid.
  4. Place frozen mango or pineapple on top.
  5. Pulse the blender five times on medium setting.
  6. Ramp up to the highest speed for 45 seconds.
  7. Drizzle in MCT oil while the blender is on its lowest setting.
  8. Check the consistency; it should be vibrant orange and smooth.
  9. Pour into a chilled glass and consume immediately.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ingredients and a high-speed blender. This smoothie should be consumed immediately for peak nutrient density.
