Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip

Method
 

  1. Add the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese to a crockpot.
  2. Stir everything together until well combined and evenly coated.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, stirring once or twice during cooking, until the dip is hot and creamy.
  4. If desired, sprinkle chopped green onions over the top before serving.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

For the best texture, make sure the cream cheese is softened before adding it to the slow cooker. If the dip seems too thick, stir in a small splash of milk or extra ranch dressing before serving.
