Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped spinach and artichoke hearts until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, with a lightly golden top.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or crackers for dipping.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream and use reduced-fat cream cheese. You can also add a pinch of nutmeg for extra flavor.
