Method
- Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over 1 cup of cold water and let it bloom for 5-10 minutes.
- Heat 1 cup of water in a saucepan until it begins to simmer, then pour over the bloomed gelatin and whisk until dissolved.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract, whisking until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into serving molds and chill in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours until set.
- Unmold and garnish with fresh fruit before serving.
Notes
Avoid using fresh pineapple, kiwi, or papaya directly in the mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
