Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups (960ml) 100% Cranberry Juice
  • 4 cups (960ml) 100% Pomegranate Juice
  • 1 cup (240ml) Fresh Orange Juice
  • ½ cup (120ml) Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ cup (120ml) Maple Syrup or Agave Nectar
  • 2 cups (480ml) Sparkling Water or Club Soda
  • 1 cup Fresh Cranberries (for garnish)
  • ½ cup Pomegranate Arils (for garnish)
  • Orange Slices or Wheels (for garnish)
  • Fresh Rosemary Sprigs (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Ensure all juices are chilled.
  2. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, fresh orange juice, and fresh lime juice.
  3. Add maple syrup or agave nectar to the mixture, stirring until dissolved. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  4. Cover and refrigerate the punch base for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Just before serving, gently pour in the sparkling water or club soda and stir slowly.
  6. Add ice to the pitcher or bowl.
  7. Garnish with fresh cranberries, pomegranate arils, orange slices, and rosemary sprigs.
  8. Serve immediately in individual glasses.

Notes

Ensure all liquid ingredients are chilled before mixing to minimize dilution from ice. Adjust sweetness according to personal preference. Add sparkling water right before serving to maintain carbonation.
