Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt or Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 scoop optional collagen peptides
  • 1/4 cup filtered water

Method
 

  1. Squeeze 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice into a glass.
  2. Add 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt and 1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar directly into the juice.
  3. Pour in 1/2 cup of chilled coconut water.
  4. Use a handheld frother or whisk vigorously for 15 seconds until powders dissolve completely.
  5. Add 1/4 cup of filtered water and two large ice cubes, stir gently.
  6. Drink immediately while fresh.

Notes
