Method
- Squeeze 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice into a glass.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt and 1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar directly into the juice.
- Pour in 1/2 cup of chilled coconut water.
- Use a handheld frother or whisk vigorously for 15 seconds until powders dissolve completely.
- Add 1/4 cup of filtered water and two large ice cubes, stir gently.
- Drink immediately while fresh.
Notes
Do not skip the salt for effective hydration. Store fresh juice for no more than an hour to maintain vitamin content.
