  • Cream of Tartar (a touch)
  • Optional Coconut Cream (for texture)

Method
 

  1. Squeeze the Citrus: Juice fresh oranges until you have about half a cup of liquid.
  2. Combine the Base: Pour the orange juice and coconut water into a shaker or jar.
  3. Add the Minerals: Stir in magnesium powder, sea salt, and cream of tartar.
  4. Shake Well: Secure the lid and shake gently for thirty seconds.
