Method
- Squeeze the fresh oranges until you reach the half-cup mark. Ensure you remove any stray seeds but keep some pulp for extra fiber if you prefer.
- Pour the fresh orange juice into your tall glass or mason jar.
- Add the coconut water and filtered water to the glass.
- Measure the sea salt and cream of tartar carefully and sprinkle them into the liquid mixture while whisking constantly.
- If using, add the magnesium powder now.
- Stir the mixture vigorously for thirty seconds.
- Fill the remainder of the glass with ice cubes.
- Place your reusable straw into the glass and stir once more.
Notes
Always use room-temperature liquids when mixing the powders. For storage, consume the drink within four to six hours if kept in the refrigerator.
